RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Thank you for supporting my work. I want you to love what you receive. If something isn't right, here is how returns work.

Original paintings and drawings
- Return window: You may return an original artwork within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price.
- Condition: The artwork must be returned in its original condition and original packaging, unaltered and undamaged.
- Return shipping: The buyer pays return shipping and must insure the package for the full purchase price. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the artwork arrived damaged.
- Commissions and custom work are final sale.

Prints, canvas prints, framed prints and greeting cards
Prints, canvas, framed prints and greeting cards are made to order by my print partner, Pixels (Fine Art America).
- Return window: You may return a print, canvas, framed print or card within 30 days of the order date for a refund of the item price.
- Return shipping: Outgoing and return shipping costs are not refunded unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
- Damaged or defective items: If your item arrives damaged or has a printing defect, contact me within 30 days of the order date with a photo and I will send a free replacement or a full refund, including shipping.

How to start a return
1. Email jeanetteleeadamsart@gmail.com with your order number, the item you'd like to return and the reason. For damage, please include photos of the item and packaging.
2. I'll reply within 2 business days with return instructions and the return address. Please don't send items back before receiving instructions.
3. Ship the item back using a trackable, insured shipping method.

Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, I'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days of receipt. Your bank or card issuer may take a few additional days to post the refund.

Exchanges
To exchange an item for a different size or product, return the original item as described above and place a new order.
